OUR ELITE HAIR

Our ELITE Remy hair is the highest grade of human hair. It is considered to be the top of the line in human hair because the cuticles are kept intact. Maintaining the hairs cuticles and aligning them in a SINGLE DIRECTION.

Single drawn Remy hair is made up of hairs of all different lengths as it grows naturally on the head. The cuticles are intact and these pieces look very natural.

Double drawn hair is sorted so that all the hairs in a bail are within one or two inches of the final length. This is the most expensive grade of hair because of the care that is required and the time it takes to sort the hair so meticulously. Remy hair comes from several different locations in the world.

OUR ELITE hair is the most popular choice because it is of a texture and colour that can be easily matched to people from all around the world and of different ethnic backgrounds.

CARE SHEET

DO NOT wash hair for 48 hours after hair extension application. A leave in conditioner must be used mid-length to ends only, do not use on the root area. Before washing hair, brush gently with a bristle cushion brush. De-tangle the ends then brush from the roots to the tips. Make sure that the hair extensions have been separated in the root area.

Wash hair extensions at least once a week to prevent natural oils from building up on the scalp area. DO NOT rub or massage when washing, wash hair in a downward motion. Using your fingers to stroke the shampoo (use a ph neutral shampoo, and make sure its free of sodium laurel sulfate as this corrodes hair)gently into the hair from the roots to the tips. If swimming or using UV SUN filters on holidays, be sure to rinse hair asap as direct sunlight on these can cause discolouration.

Apply conditioner, avoid bonded areas near the scalp. Do not use heavy protein or silicone based conditioners as it may cause the hair to matt or tangle. After washing and conditioning, wrap a towel around the hair and pat gently to remove excess water. If the hair extensions are longer than 16″ then place in a loose plait and secure with a covered band on the end before going to bed at night.

NEVER sleep on wet or damp extensions, the extensions should always be dry. Always hold the extensions whilst brushing to avoid placing tension on the roots, never backcomb the roots area. Electric curling tongs, straighteners and hot brushes may be used, but avoid the beaded/bonded areas as direct heat may soften and distort the bonds.
Your hair extensions can be worn for up to 4mths, and should be removed after for re-dress.
